The American Marine Sports (AMS) hull design uses the exclusive “HPI” double hull foam core injection process for unmatched strength and safety. This advanced method chemically bonds a structurally sound outer hull to a full-length inner hull, with high-strength, waterproof, closed-cell foam injected under pressure between the two. The outer hull is hand-laminated with high-strength biaxial fiberglass and Dupont Kevlar® for extreme durability and puncture resistance.
